Works under general direction of a Project Manager to plan, implement, supervise and evaluate technical aspects of assigned projects and tasks. Coordinate with appropriate technical and support groups to ensure designs meet standards and performance requirements.
Prepare reports for management and customers concerning project progress.
Assist in project planning by evaluating requirements and developing schedules, budgets, and personnel requirements.
Serve as PMCS Cost Account Manager on assigned projects/programs; serve as functional Manager for limited scope projects.
Requirements:
BS in Engineering (BSME preferred)
6+ years applied design experience on heavy machinery or industrial equipment (military ground vehicles, agricultural, construction, or mining products), with working knowledge on the following disciplines: mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and S/W integration.
Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to function both as a team lead and a team member.
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office.
Advanced degree or PE license preferred.
8+ years experience proven project management experience and success in taking a project from concept through build on design development preferred.
2+ years experience using Pro-E or UG in a design development environment preferred.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the collection, documentation, analysis, and allocation of the administrative expenses. The incumbent initiates, monitors and analyzes complex monthly allocation processes, including the SQL extraction and uploading of corporate statistics (subscribers, inquiries, claims, square footage, broker payments, ROI, etc.). Monthly reconciliations are performed to ensure that costs are allocated to the appropriate subsidiary, cost center, state, and product. This position also:
Completes and distributes inter-departmental, management, and
customized reports, including Cost Allocation (SMT/Product Reports),
Management Fee, Claims Per Subscriber, SADBUS, and FEP reports
Maintains corporate cost center documentation
Administers the UCCI Sales Incentive Program

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (these are required minimum qualifications for all incumbents)
3 to 5 years of experience administering a majority of the following
functions in a health/dental insurance finance environment: accounts

3 to 5 years of experience applying Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles (GAAP)
